In order to actually shed the financing pressure for agricultural company and production, on the date of 3rd, November, Cixi municipal Bureau of Finance followed up with extra 12 million yuan for the purpose of expanding the warranty scale and increasing the registry capital of micro credit loan company serving farmer households.

　　Cixi micro credit loan warranty company was established in June, 2002 and  has up till now accumulatively  provided free warranty for 3028 farmer households who are in business of fairly big scale raising, large scale purchase and sales of agricultural products and mid or small scale agricultural enterprises reaching the amount of 446 million yuan.

　　After the increment of capital this time, the warranty balance have reached 200 million yuan by increasing 120 million yuan more than before. Thus it has greatly helped to rid of the difficulties to finance for agricultural companies in the city, activate the rural productivity by exerting positive influence, solve the actual problems for purchase and sales of agricultural products and raising business, and facilitate the development of rural economy.
