In order to alleviate the difficulties of some enterprises in issues like profit decline, increment of account receivable, stringent capital chain etc, and to stabilize the production and operation order of the enterprise, on the day of 26th, October, Beilun district timely resumed the use of government emergency earmarks so as to help enterprise go through these difficult times. Up till now, 50 million yuan of this government emergency earmarks has already been used to have actually solved problems of temporary difficulties that many enterprises encountered when they failed to renew the loans from the banks.
Beilun district set up this government emergency earmarks in 2009 reaching the amount of 200 million yuan mainly for the purpose of helping enterprises offset the impact of the current global financial crisis and facilitating the healthy and stable development of regional economy.
As stipulated in the management of this emergency earmarks, any small, mid or large enterprises that were listed under “122” cultivating plan due to their failure to renew loans from the banks out of short term turnover difficulty, paid tax of 2 million yuan or more for the first half year and other industrial and commercial enterprises that were approved by district government, could apply for the government emergency earmarks after being verified by the lending bank in Beilun district (development zone) if they met the renewal criterion and had the guarantee letter from lending bank.
The resuming of this emergency earmarks was a significant measure taken by Beilun district to actively cope with severe economic situation, promote stable enterprise development reflecting the strategic thinking of “sustaining business is equal to sustain livelihood, saving business is equal to finding a way out ” and actually shedding the burden of financial pressure for some enterprises. |
